Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE:AKR) (“Acadia” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Trustees has authorized a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2026. The quarterly dividend is payable on January 15, 2027 to holders of record as of December 31, 2026.
