Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Stockwhiz. By visiting, registering for, purchasing, or using Stockwhiz, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Stockwhiz provides market-related information, including press releases concerning companies listed on NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange, earnings information, analyst-rating information, watchlists, alerts, and AI-generated WhizInsights.

Features, data sources, availability, and access limits may change. We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service without guaranteeing continued availability. Stockwhiz does not execute trades, hold customer assets, or act as a broker, investment adviser, exchange, or fiduciary.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account, and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly at connect@stockwhiz.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared, or transferred.

You may use Stockwhiz only for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You may not:

• scrape, harvest, bulk-download, republish, resell, or redistribute content or data without written permission;
• circumvent access controls, usage limits, subscriptions, or security measures;
• interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, probe vulnerabilities, or access another person’s account;
• use automated systems to place unreasonable loads on Stockwhiz;
• misrepresent Stockwhiz content as personalized advice or as your own original reporting; or
• use Stockwhiz or its outputs to violate law, third-party rights, exchange rules, or market-manipulation restrictions.

Reasonable search-engine indexing and ordinary sharing through tools provided by Stockwhiz are permitted.

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; Stockwhiz does not store complete payment-card details.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation generally stops renewal and leaves paid access available through the end of the current billing period. Plan upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated credit or charge. Downgrades may take effect at the next renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. Taxes and currency-conversion fees may apply.

Free trials, promotional pricing, and included AI credits may have separate limits shown when offered. Unused credits have no cash value and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

Stockwhiz software, branding, design, organization, original analysis, and other proprietary material belong to Stockwhiz or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.

Press releases, issuer statements, trademarks, company logos, exchange information, and linked materials may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to Stockwhiz or imply endorsement.

Stockwhiz may display, summarize, or link to content from issuers, newswires, exchanges, analysts, data vendors, and other third parties. It may also rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, artificial intelligence, notifications, authentication, email, and payments. We do not control third-party terms, availability, security, or content. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms.

Stockwhiz content is general information, not investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice and not a solicitation or recommendation. Decisions made using the service are your responsibility. Market information and AI output can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Review the full Financial & AI Disclaimer before using Stockwhiz.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockwhiz is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. We do not guarantee that alerts will arrive or that information will be available before market movement occurs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockwhiz and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; trading or investment losses; lost profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill; or losses arising from service interruption, inaccurate content, AI output, alerts, or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, Stockwhiz’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Stockwhiz during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify Stockwhiz against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, payment is overdue, activity threatens users or the service, or action is required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, courts located in Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact connect@stockwhiz.ai and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or business practices. The updated date will appear above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
