(Nasdaq: AERT) (“Aeries” or the “Company”) today announced that it has rescheduled the release of its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the second quarter of fiscal 2027, previously scheduled for Thursday, November 5, 2026.
The Company will now report its results before the U.S. market opens on Thursday, November 12, 2026. Chief Executive Officer Ajay Khare will host an investor conference call at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
