Expert Statements

Chris Bitsakakis, President and Co-CEO of AirBoss

“AirBoss delivered improved profitability and adjusted EBITDA in the third quarter of 2026, reflecting our continued focus on operational execution and disciplined cost management despite ongoing economic and geopolitical challenges. We were encouraged by improved performance at AirBoss Rubber Solutions, where higher volumes and improved margins contributed to stronger results. AirBoss Manufactured Products continued to make progress in its rubber molded products business and, since the beginning of 2026, has secured new business expected to generate up to $100.0 million in sales over the next five years, further validating prior investments in automation which have positioned AMP well for new onshoring opportunities. While defense deliveries were lower in Q3 2026 following the completion of previously awarded contracts, ADG secured new orders valued at up to $16.9 million, reflecting continued demand for its portfolio of survivability solutions among NATO and allied customers. In addition, the renewal of our credit facilities provides greater financial flexibility, reduced borrowing costs and an extended financing runway to support the execution of our business plan.”

Gren Schoch, Chairman and Co-CEO of AirBoss

“Throughout 2026, AirBoss has remained focused on executing its long-term strategy and strengthening the foundation for sustainable growth. Our priorities remain unchanged, including growing our core Rubber Solutions segment, expanding our advanced rubber molded products business and positioning our defense business to capitalize on opportunities with NATO and other partner nations. We are also pleased to welcome Leslie Graves to our Board of Directors, whose extensive capital markets experience and strategic perspective will be valuable as we continue to advance our long-term objectives.”
