Expert Statements

John A. McCluskey, President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold

“Our third quarter production was in line with quarterly guidance with a record performance from the Island Gold District offsetting lower planned production from Young-Davidson. The Island Gold District achieved a number of records in the quarter including record production, underground mining rates and milling rates. We expect a further increase in underground mining rates, as well as higher grades from the Island Gold District to drive a significant increase in consolidated production in the fourth quarter, at lower costs, and remain on track to achieve our revised annual production and cost guidance”

John A. McCluskey, President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold

“We expect significant growth from the Island Gold District over the next several years driven by the completion of the shaft expansion in 2027 and mill expansion in 2028. Commissioning of the shaft has been delayed approximately one quarter to mid-2027 given additional time required to complete the ore and waste handling system, but has no impact on our longer-term outlook. Through the expansions of the Island Gold District and development of Lynn Lake, we remain on track to nearly double our rate of production to approximately one million ounces annually by 2030, at substantially lower costs”

All amounts are in United States dollars, unless otherwise stated.
