Amazon to spend more than $100 million on Indiana robotics hub by 2028

Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) will spend more than $100 million on a Greenwood, Ind., robotics facility set to open by 2028, as new facilities double its robot-making plant count to four.

Amazon said the Indiana facility would create 300 skilled manufacturing and engineering jobs, with average salaries of almost $100,000 a year. The company said that level is well above the state’s median household income.
