Amen Properties Reports Results for Second Quarter of 2026 and Announces Dividend

Amen Properties, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AMEN) today announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. For the quarter, the Company reported oil and gas revenue of $724 thousand, up from $573 thousand in the second quarter of 2025, and net income of $1.4 million, up from $216 thousand a year earlier. The increase in net income was driven primarily by $966 thousand of income recognized on the sale and assignment of leasehold interests.
