AngloGold Ashanti plc (the "Company") (NYSE: AU; JSE: ANG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Graves as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2026. Mr. Graves will serve as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee.
