HOUSTON, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) (“Archrock” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share of common stock, or $0.92 per share on an annualized basis. The third quarter 2026 dividend will be paid on November 10, 2026, to all stockholders of record on November 3, 2026.
The third quarter 2026 dividend is consistent with Archrock’s second quarter 2026 dividend level and represents an increase of approximately 10 percent over the Archrock third quarter 2025 dividend level.
