(Nasdaq: ARVN), a clinical-stage biotechnology company creating a new class of drugs based on targeted protein degradation, today announced that novel biomarker data from a Phase 1 clinical trial of ARV-102 in participants with Parkinson’s disease will be presented as late-breaking oral and poster presentations at the 2026 International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders® (MDS), taking place October 4-8, 2026, in Seoul, Korea.

ARV-102 is Arvinas’ investigational, orally bioavailable PROteolysis TArgeting Chimera (PROTAC) degrader designed to cross the blood-brain barrier and target leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2), a multifunctional protein that has been implicated in Parkinson’s disease and progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP).
