SAN DIEGO, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Atrium Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNA) ("Atrium" or the "Company"), a biopharmaceutical company advancing precision cardiology by developing RNA therapeutics targeted to the heart, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement (the "purchase agreement") with a group of leading institutional investors for a private placement financing (the "private placement"). The private placement is expected to result in aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $50 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses.
