Expert Statements

Rodrigo Barbosa, President & CEO of Aura Minerals

“Q3 2026 was our strongest quarter ever: record production of 95,557 GEO, up 27% quarter-over-quarter and 29% year-over-year, led by a record quarter at Borborema and strong recoveries at Aranzazu and MSG. Nine-month production of 253,131 GEO is the highest in the Company’s history, keeping us on track for our 2026 guidance of 340k–390k GEO. Adjusted EBITDA reached US$236.9 million in the quarter and US$677.4 million year-to-date, already 24% above full-year 2025. Recurring Free Cash Flow (after payment of gold hedges) of US$123.5 million funded US$71 million in dividends and buybacks and US$55 million in expansion capex, with leverage stable at 0.20x. We are pleased to announce a dividend of ~US$60 million, above our Dividend Policy minimum. Era Dorada construction advanced on time and on budget, Almas is delivering on its expansion, and the MSG turnaround is gaining traction. We are executing our strategy: grow production above 600 koz GEO per year, expand resources and reserves, pursue disciplined M&A, and deliver meaningful returns to shareholders. We expect a strong fourth quarter, supported by higher grades at Almas and Apoena, reinforcing our full-year guidance. And there is much more ahead.”
