Expert Statements

Moak Griffin, President and Chief Executive Officer of BankFirst Capital Corporation and BankFirst Financial Services

“We delivered steady results during the third quarter of 2026, where we increased our net income compared to the prior year period, held our balance sheet steady and maintained our cost of funds despite the remaining inflationary pressures and the resulting impact on consumers. Furthermore, credit quality remains strong and we remain well above the regulatory thresholds to be deemed 'well-capitalized.' Even though rising interest rates in the United States continue to contribute to the uncertain economic environment, we believe the Bank is in a favorable position to capitalize on opportunities to pursue disciplined growth opportunities.”
