The Barings Global Short Duration High Yield Fund (the “Fund”) (NYSE: BGH) announced its monthly dividend for October 2026 of $0.1223 per share, payable on November 2, 2026. Based on the Fund’s September 30, 2026 share price of $13.07 per share, the dividend represents an annualized yield of 11.23% per share. Based on current projections through the payable date, the Fund expects that this dividend will be comprised of net investment income.
