“We look forward to presenting initial biomarker data at the upcoming Long COVID conference that are consistent with the clinical findings observed in ADDRESS-LC. The biomarkers provide further biological support for the potential of bezisterim in treating Long COVID. Our Trial observed a consistent and clinically coherent pattern of improvement across measures of fatigue, post-exertional malaise, clinician- and patient-reported outcomes, and objective measures of cognition function among patients with greater baseline symptom burden.”
