NEW YORK, Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Bluerock High Income Institutional Credit Fund (the "Fund" or the "High Income Fund", tickers: IIMAX, IIMCX, IIMWX) today announced its seventeenth consecutive regular quarterly distribution, generating an 8.1% current annualized distribution rate(1). Shareholders invested for the entire quarter will receive a total distribution of approximately $0.45 per share. Since its inception on June 21, 2022, the Fund has paid approximately $10.67 in total distributions per share.
