Braze (NASDAQ: BRZE), the leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to Be Absolutely Engaging™, today announced it will release its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2027, ended October 31, 2026, after U.S. financial markets close on Tuesday, December 8, 2026. As previously announced on October, 20, 2026, Braze entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Salesforce. Given the pending transaction, Braze is suspending quarterly earnings conference calls and will no longer provide quarterly or annual guidance.
