Completion of BIP’s conversion into a Canadian corporation is not conditional on approval by shareholders of Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation (“BIPC”) (TSX, NYSE: BIPC) and, subject to receipt of the final order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia approving the Simplification, is expected to occur before the end of 2026.
