TOPEKA, Kan., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Capitol Federal Financial, Inc.® (NASDAQ: CFFN) (the "Company," "we" or "our"), the parent company of Capitol Federal Savings Bank (the "Bank"), today announced the election of William "Billy" Skrobacz Jr. as President of the Company and the Bank, effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Skrobacz will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both entities, including oversight of commercial operations, all support functions and setting strategies. John B. Dicus will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of both the Company and the Bank.
