Champion Homes Appoints Michael Haack to its Board of Directors

Champion Homes, Inc. (NYSE: SKY) (“Champion Homes” or “the Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Michael Haack as a new independent director, effective August 24, 2026. With the addition of Mr. Haack, the Champion Homes Board now comprises seven directors, six of whom are independent. Mr. Haack will join the Board’s Compensation Committee.
