(Nasdaq: CIRC) today announced that its Dutch operating company, Circle8 Netherlands, has secured a four-year contract with DUO Groningen, the executive agency of the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. The contract has a total value of approximately $314 million over its four-year term.
