ClearBridge Energy Midstream Opportunity Fund Inc. Announces the Pricing of Mandatory Redeemable Preferred Stock

ClearBridge Energy Midstream Opportunity Fund Inc. (the “Fund”) (NYSE: EMO) announced today the pricing of $60,000,010 of fixed-rate Mandatory Redeemable Preferred Stock (“MRPS”) by private placement. The MRPS issuance will be funded in the fourth quarter of 2026. Net proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing leverage and make new portfolio investments.
