CMB.TECH ANNOUNCES Q2 2026 RESULTS

ANTWERP, Belgium, 27 August 2026 – CMB.TECH NV (“CMBT”, “CMB.TECH” or “the company”) (NYSE: CMBT, Euronext Brussels: CMBT and Euronext Oslo Børs: CMBTO) reported its unaudited financial results today for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026.

Financial highlights: * Profit for the period of USD 364.4 million in Q2 2026. * EBITDA for the same period was USD 552.8 million. * CMB.TECH’s contract backlog stable at USD 3.26 billion with the addition of 2 x 2-year CSOV time charters and 1 x 1-year VLCC time charter * Intention to distribute an amount of USD 0.64 per share.
