CuriosityStream Appoints Veteran Media Finance Executive Sean Piche as Chief Financial Officer

Appointment comes as CURI enters next phase of growth following record financial performance

Piche will report directly to CuriosityStream President and CEO Clint Stinchcomb. Piche joins CuriosityStream at a pivotal stage in the company's growth, following record second-quarter financial results and increased full-year guidance for both revenue and adjusted EBITDA. In the second quarter, CuriosityStream reported revenue of $23.2 million, up 22% year over year; record net income of $8.9 million; and record adjusted EBITDA of $11.4 million, up 276% year over year.
