Mark Bauer, Executive Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield
“I’m extremely excited to return to Cushman & Wakefield with a deeply experienced and well-connected team that’s hyper-focused on data centers. In this market, demand is driven less by location than by what a site can deliver: reliable power, municipal support, and a developing workforce. Sites that combine smart development with energy generation are positioned to become high-demand assets. Our team has the expertise to identify, secure, and deliver on all three.”
