LOS ANGELES, Oct. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Daily Journal Corporation (Nasdaq: DJCO), a publishing and technology company, today announced its acquisition of Revir Technologies, Inc. (“Revir”), an Austin, Texas-based software company whose Scout platform helps law enforcement, prosecutors, corrections, and other justice and public safety agencies manage, search, and analyze large collections of digital evidence and files using artificial intelligence.
Scout addresses the growing volume and variety of digital evidence and records that agencies must collect, organize, review, and share. The platform indexes files from hundreds of sources, provides sophisticated search capabilities, and supports AI-assisted analysis. Scout operates within each customer’s own secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment, allowing agencies to retain control over their data, infrastructure, and associated costs.
