Decent Holding Announces Planned Tiered Subscription Service Model for Suncare Platform

Company plans to phase in AI-assisted health management and smart devices across its community network

YANTAI, China, Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Decent Holding Inc. (NASDAQ: DXST) (“Decent” or the “Company”), a technology-driven provider of wastewater treatment and community-based senior health and elderly care services in China, today announced the next phase of development of its Suncare senior health and elderly care platform. As previously announced, management estimated that this platform comprised approximately 623 community service locations and approximately 200,000 paid members as of August 2026. These figures are management estimates that have not been independently verified and remain subject to reconciliation of location records, member rosters, payment records and usage data. The Company plans to introduce a standardized, tiered subscription service model across this community network and to phase in AI-assisted health management and smart devices.
