Dream Finders Homes, Inc. (NYSE: DFH) (“Dream Finders”) today announced, in connection with its recently completed acquisition (the “Transaction”) of Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (“Beazer”), that it is commencing private exchange offers (the “Exchange Offer”) and related consent solicitations (the “Consent Solicitation”) with respect to Beazer’s outstanding notes of the series listed in the table below (collectively, the “Beazer Notes”).
