E-Power Awarded RMB 343 Million (Approximately US$51.04 Million) Turnkey Contract to Deliver Artificial Graphite and Silicon-Carbon Anode Production Lines

(“E-Power,” the “Company,” “we” or “our”) (NASDAQ: EPOW), a leading provider of AI Data Center (AIDC) microgrid solutions and advanced battery materials, today announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Shandong Sunrise Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shandong Sunrise”), has been awarded and has entered into a turnkey equipment and technology services contract valued at RMB 343,473,000 (approximately US$51.1 million) with Shandong Fusion New Material Co., Ltd. (the “Customer”).

Shandong Sunrise was selected as the supplier through a competitive procurement process concluded on June 25, 2026, and the contract was executed the same day (the “Contract”). The award covers the complete design, supply, installation, and commissioning of two production lines for the Customer’s advanced electronic materials project in Laiwu District, Jinan, Shandong Province, China.
