(TSX: EFX) (NYSE: EFXT) (“Enerflex” or the “Company”) announces the appointment of Mr. David Primrose and Ms. Mary Zappone to its Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective today. Mr. Primrose has also been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
