Fiduciary Trust International, a global wealth manager and wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Templeton, announces that Tim Kazachkov and Kevin Markett have come aboard as relationship manager and senior relationship manager, respectively, based in the firm’s New York headquarters. They report to Christopher Gleason, managing director and portfolio manager.
