First Keystone Corporation Announces Third Quarter Dividend

First Keystone Corporation (the “Corporation”) (OTCID: FKYS), parent company of First Keystone Community Bank, declared a $0.28 per share quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of record as of September 10, 2026, payable September 30, 2026.

Total cash dividends will be $0.84 per share year-to-date as of September 30, 2026, the same amount paid for the period ending September 30, 2025.
