Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) and its joint venture partner, Balfour Beatty, joined the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), local officials and community stakeholders yesterday to celebrate the opening of the Oak Hill Parkway project in southwest Austin, Texas.
