“Our record results this quarter reflect the strength and breadth of our global platform. Though our results included certain favorable non-recurring items, such as record success fees and a lower effective tax rate, at their core, they were driven by the fact that in a world facing major change and disruption, our clients are increasingly turning to us for the depth and breadth of our capabilities.”

(NYSE: FCN) today released financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026.
Third quarter 2026 record revenues of $1.013 billion increased $56.4 million, or 5.9%, compared to revenues of $956.2 million in the prior year quarter. The increase was driven by revenue growth across all business segments. Net income of $63.4 million compared to $82.8 million in the prior year quarter. The decrease in net income was primarily due to a $46.0 million special charge and higher direct costs, selling, general and administrative (“SG&A”) expenses and interest expense, which more than offset revenue growth and a lower income tax provision. The special charge related to a plan to align staffing with demand included $45.5 million in salary- and benefits-related costs and $0.5 million of non-cash real estate-related costs.
