(NYSE:GOLD) (“Gold.com” or the “Company”), a fully-integrated alternative assets platform offering an extensive range of precious metals, numismatic coins and collectibles, today announced that its majority owned subsidiary Spectrum Wine Auctions LLC (“Spectrum Wine”) has acquired Orange County, CA-based Wine Cellar Club (“WCC”).
Founded in 1992, WCC operates two climate-controlled facilities that permit collectors and investors to securely store wine. The acquisition expands Spectrum Wine’s wine storage capacity to approximately 1.5 million bottles (125,000 cases) across almost 75,000 square feet of facilities in Orange County and Hong Kong.
