Hemisphere Energy Declares Quarterly Dividend, Announces 2026 Second Quarter Results, and Provides Operations Update

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 20, 2026) - Hemisphere Energy Corporation (TSXV: HME) (OTCQX: HMENF) ("Hemisphere" or the "Company") declares a quarterly payment to shareholders, provides its financial and operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, and provides an operations update.

Hemisphere is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly base cash dividend of $0.025 per common share in accordance with the Company's dividend policy. The dividend will be paid on September 11, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 28, 2026. The dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for income tax purposes.
