(NASDAQ: HYPD) (“Hyperion DeFi” or the “Company”), today announced it has repurchased 240,124 HYPD common shares at a weighted average price of $3.21* per share and retired its legacy debt of approximately $8.6 million, as it continues its efforts to optimize its capital structure for the benefit of common stockholders.
