Janus Living Announces Pricing of Upsized Public Offering of Class A-1 Common Stock
Janus Living, Inc. (NYSE: JAN) (“Janus Living”), a pure-play senior housing real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today the pricing of its public offering of 26,250,000 shares of its Class A-1 common stock at a price to the public of $28.50 per share. In addition, Janus Living has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,937,500 shares of its Class A-1 common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The offering is expected to close on November 6, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
