PITTSBURGH, Nov. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- L.B. Foster Company (NASDAQ: FSTR), a global technology solutions provider of products and services for the Rail and Infrastructure markets, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved certain changes among its executive officers effective November 1, 2026 (the Effective Date).
Ms. Sara Rolli currently serves as the Company’s Senior Vice President – Operational Administration and is appointed Senior Vice President – Steel Products and Operational Excellence on the Effective Date, and will continue to report to Bill Thalman, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In addition to her current responsibilities overseeing the Company’s Quality, EHS and Continuous Improvement functions, Ms. Rolli will now have operational oversight of the Steel Products business unit within the Company’s Infrastructure segment. Ms. Rolli, age 45, has served as SVP – Operational Administration since 2025, served as VP – Operational Administration from 2023 – 2025, and served as the Company’s Director of Quality from 2019 – 2023. She was also Senior Quality Manager from 2015 – 2017 and Site Quality Manager from 2013 – 2015. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Rolli was employed by Kennametal, Inc. and Praxair. Ms. Rolli holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from Waynesburg University.
