RESTON, Va., Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Leidos Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: LDOS) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per outstanding share of the company's common stock, a $0.02 increase compared to the prior quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share. The cash dividend is payable on December 31, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2026.
