BOSTON, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Block & Leviton is investigating Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN) for potential securities law violations. Investors who have lost money in their Lennar investment should contact the firm to learn more about how they might recover those losses. For more details, visit https://blockleviton.com/cases/len.
Block & Leviton is investigating whether Lennar may have misled investors about the strength of its home deliveries. Lennar reported fiscal third-quarter deliveries of 20,840 homes, above the 20,500 it initially forecast, at a time when the housing market was weakening. A report found that Millrose Properties bought hundreds of Lennar homes in the final week of that quarter, and that without those purchases Lennar's deliveries may have fallen below its target. Lennar spun off Millrose in 2025, and Lennar's CEO reportedly holds significant voting power over it. Then on October 5, 2026, Lennar's stock fell after an analyst downgraded Millrose, citing uncertainty about its shift toward buying build-to-rent homes from Lennar, its largest customer. Block & Leviton is investigating.
