BOSTON, Oct. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Block & Leviton is investigating LKQ Corp. (Nasdaq: LKQ) for potential securities law violations. Investors who have lost money in their LKQ investment should contact the firm to learn more about how they might recover those losses. For more details, visit https://blockleviton.com/cases/lkq.

Block & Leviton is investigating whether LKQ and certain of its executives misled investors about the state of the company's European operations, including its enterprise software (ERP) rollout in Germany. On July 30, 2026, about a month into the third quarter, then-CEO Justin Jude reportedly told investors that German "operational processes have normalized." On October 23, 2026, however, LKQ released preliminary third-quarter results showing adjusted earnings well below analyst expectations and a projected net loss that included $111 million in impairments. The company also reported Europe profit margins roughly half of the prior year's level, which it blamed in part on ongoing "operational disruptions associated with the ERP implementation in Germany." On the same day, LKQ announced that its CEO and its head of Europe were leaving immediately, said it had hired a turnaround firm to stabilize Europe, and withdrew its full-year guidance, and the stock fell more than 17%.
