Lyft Welcomes Ben Minicucci to Board of Directors

Today, Lyft (Nasdaq: LYFT) announced that Ben Minicucci has joined Lyft's Board of Directors, effective July 23, 2026. Minicucci is CEO and President of Alaska Air Group. He is the most recent director to join the Board, bringing public company, operating, and international experience as the company scales its ambitions, following the addition of AV safety and policy expert Deborah Hersman, who joined earlier this year .
