BEIJING, Sept. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) has released the 2026 China Top 500 Private Enterprises list. Shandong Energy Chain Holding Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Newlinks Technology Limited (“Newlinks”), the parent company of NaaS Technology Inc.
