NEW YORK, Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- This announcement provides stockholders of Neuberger Next Generation Connectivity Fund Inc. (NYSE: NBXG) (the "Fund") with important information concerning the sources of distribution declared in September 2026, as required by the Fund's managed distribution policy (the "Policy"). The Fund's Board of Directors approved the implementation of the Plan to make monthly cash distributions to common stockholders, stated in terms of a fixed amount per share of common stock, and can terminate or change the Policy at any time. The Fund declared a distribution of $0.132 per share of common stock to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 15, 2026, with a payable date of October 30, 2026.
