IDAHO FALLS, Idaho, Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NuCube Energy, Inc. (“NuCube”), an advanced-nuclear technology company productizing factory-built microreactors, today announced the next phase of testing at Utah San Rafael Energy Lab (“USREL”).

Under the project, NuCube, USREL, and researchers from Brigham Young University (BYU) will use a 250-kW induction furnace to provide a controllable source of high-temperature heat that is representative of the heat produced by NuCube’s NuSun™ reactor. The upgraded furnace will contain specialized components, heat pipes, and instrumentation to demonstrate the company’s high temperature heat to be used as a test facility for industrial processes.
