Lambda, backed by Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA), is raising up to $4 billion in a Blackstone- and Coatue-led round valuing the AI infrastructure provider at $14.5 billion before the new capital.

Lambda management is targeting an initial public offering in 2027, subject to execution and market conditions, according to a letter sent to the company’s limited partners and reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. The fundraising is expected to be the company’s final round before the planned IPO.
