(Nasdaq: ONCO) (“Onconetix” or the “Company”) today announced that its fully-owned Swiss subsidiary, Proteomedix AG (“PMX”), has appointed Ralph Schiess, PhD to the PMX Board of Directors. The appointment was approved at the PMX Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 22, 2026, at which Thomas Meier, PhD was also re-elected to serve an additional one-year term as Chairman of the Board.
