Oracle Corp. issued a force majeure notice to a Blue Owl Capital unit over the $165 billion Project Jupiter data center, seeking to suspend payments if the New Mexico facility misses its 2028 launch date.
The Bloomberg report triggered declines among the companies tied to the New Mexico project. Oracle Corp. (ORCL) and Blue Owl Capital Inc. (OWL) each fell 4%, while Bloom Energy (BE) dropped 6%.
