(NYSE: OGG, TSXV: OGG) ("Osisko Gold" or the "Company") announces that, further to its August 25, 2026, announcement regarding the Company's planned leadership succession transition, Elijah Tyshynski has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective October 1, 2026, succeeding Alexander Dann.
